About Beth Dillaha
I began my career in pharmaceutical sales, covering a large territory in the midwest which required me to be “on the road” about three out of four weeks. As you would imagine, this lifestyle led to some pretty unhealthy habits such as eating fast food, skipping meals, and not drinking enough water. Combined with high stress and very little exercise, I had no energy and began experiencing weight gain — in my 20’s!
This experience eventually led to learning about nutrition and health. Over the years, my career evolved into the wellness field, working for myself to help others. My previous career experience includes working as a Franchise Consultant to 90 locations of a major US health and supplements company, as well as co-founding a nutrition consulting business providing cooking instruction, menu and recipe development, and consulting.
In 2011, I finally became a Certified Health Coach. This has been the true catalyst in helping hundreds of people throughout the United States transform their health and lives through weight loss and lifestyle changes.
Health Coaching keeps me accountable to my own goals while allowing me to establish a virtual business working with clients throughout the United States. Having a flexible “work-style” combined with the ability to help others are important components for happiness and fulfillment in my life.
On a personal note, I am a “Buckeye,” having earned my Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. I also have a bachelors degree in Holistic Nutrition and am a Certified Nutrition Consultant.
Not long ago, I relocated to Atlanta after residing for many years in Winter Park, Florida where I served my local community through appointments to various city boards, as a Neighborhood Association President, and then as a City Commissioner. Cooking, travel, music, keeping fit and active as well as spending time with friends and family are some of my favorite activities and pastimes. Oh, and let’s not forget those Ohio State Buckeyes! I’m a huge college football fan!
How about you? I would love to hear from you.
